How the EMI Process Works
The sequence below explains the usual steps from consultation through to completing the installment schedule.
Consultation & Cost Estimate
Visit the clinic for an examination. You receive a written treatment plan with the estimated cost, which carries no obligation to proceed.
Select Tenure & Plan
Choose the tenure and monthly installment amount that fits your budget. Our front desk explains the terms of each option available.
Submit Documentation
Provide the documents requested by the financing partner, generally ID proof, address proof and income proof.
Assessment & Approval
Your application is assessed by the financing partner against their criteria. Approval, interest rate and tenure are confirmed by them in writing.
Begin Treatment
Treatment is scheduled after approval, so you do not need to pay the full amount before it begins. Each plan is planned to minimise discomfort, and the experience during and after treatment varies from person to person.
Monthly Installments
Pay each installment by auto-debit or manual payment on the agreed date, as per the schedule in your agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions
What documents are needed for EMI?
Generally a government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN or Voter ID), address proof (utility bill or Aadhaar) and income proof (salary slip, bank statement or income-tax return). The exact list is confirmed by the financing partner at the time of application.
Is there interest on EMI?
Our Basic and Premium ranges are shown at 0% interest. For treatments above ₹1,00,000, an interest rate is charged as per the financing partner’s terms. All applicable charges are disclosed to you in writing before you proceed.
Can I prepay my EMI?
Prepayment is possible and the applicable terms (including any charges) are set out in your agreement with the financing partner. Please confirm the prepayment conditions with them before making an early payment.
What if I miss a payment?
If you are unable to make an installment on the due date, contact us and the financing partner as early as possible. The consequences of a late payment, including any charges or penal interest, are governed by the terms of your agreement.
How long does approval take?
The timeline depends on the financing partner and on the completeness of your documents. Once your application is submitted, we share your details with them and keep you informed of the status.
Can I combine a scheme and EMI?
Where your health scheme covers part of a procedure, the remaining balance may be arranged as an installment plan. For example, if a scheme covers ₹15,000 of a ₹30,000 treatment, the balance can be discussed for installment payment. Our team will explain the split for your specific case.
What credit criteria apply?
We are a healthcare provider and not a lending institution. Eligibility, credit assessment and approval are carried out by the financing partner according to their own criteria, which may include credit history, income documentation and employment type. Approval is decided by the financing partner and is not assured by the clinic.
Is there a minimum treatment cost for EMI?
The minimum treatment cost for an installment plan is ₹5,000, which corresponds to the Basic range. For treatments below ₹5,000, payment is made directly by cash, card, UPI or net banking.
